Hubert Glover
Hubert Glover, CMA, CIA, CPA, PhD:
REDE's CEO/ President, Dr. Glover, has 30 years of executive leadership, management consulting and operational management experience. He has effectively served corporate entities ranging from 8(a) Federal small business contractors to Fortune 500 commercial enterprises. He has been the Principal Corporate Officer over multiple Federal technical support service contracts (ranging up to 193 employees and $45M in contract value) in support of DOE, NASA and EPA. These contracts supported scientific and research and development missions of the respective Federal Agencies. Most recently, he has served as the CEO/President of PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP in Atlanta, GA. In this role, he managed 200 employees and $20M in annual revenue. Dr. Glover has also served as a senior member of the business faculty at Clemson and Georgia State Universities. Dr. Glover received his Ph.D. in Accounting from Texas A&M, his Masters of Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University, and his BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, he is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Management Accountant. He also is a member of and frequent presenter for numerous professional associations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Internal Auditors, and The Institute of Management Accountants.

Roni Glover
Roni Glover, MSW, MLS, PhD, CFRM
Dr. Roni Glover is the co-founder of REDE, Inc. and has played a critical role in the business development and corporate management of the company in her role as Vice President. Her 25 years of human services and counseling experience, along with information management experience with public and government entities includes the states of Texas, South Carolina, and Georgia. Dr. Roni Glover earned her Doctorate in Social Work Administration with a concentration in Public Health, Masters in Library Science and Masters in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelors in Science in Sociology from the University of Houston. She will assist REDE in pursuing governmental library and information services, and the corresponding efforts in the commercial sector in the area of document management.

Liz Lawler
Liz Lawler, Director of Operations:
Ms. Lawler has 25 years of experience as a business professional. For the past 10 years she has worked directly with contractors and employees at NASA, the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency. She has a proven track record in recruiting and retaining personnel, interfacing with government officials, maintaining and implementing policies and procedures, and managing overall contract performance. Ms. Lawler earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Humanities from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.

Melissa Russell
Melissa Russell, Senior Accountant
Ms. Russell brings 12 years of accounting experience to REDE. She received her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Xavier University of Louisiana and carries a background in auditing, multi-state tax accounting, financial reporting and consulting. Ms. Russell has experience with state agencies, privately held companies, contracting, consulting services and non-profit agencies. She provides financial and tax reporting for REDE which includes performing financial analysis and promoting financials efforts of pricing proposals.

Denise Jensen
Ms. Denise Jensen, Business Manager:
Ms. Jensen has over 25 years of experience in business and administrative management experience. She is a proven communicator and manager. Ms. Jensen is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals and volunteers with the American Heart Association. Ms. Jensen brings her expertise in contract management, planning/scheduling, estimating, budgeting and performance and financial reporting to REDE, as well as her experience in utlizing project management deliverable tracking systems
