Receive, evaluate and complete cost requests; analyze and record cost; support financial audits & requests; prepare reports, reconciliations & metrics for cost, labor and collection/deposit functions; run cost/labor assessment cycles; prepare cost reports for internal use that are subject to external audit.

Property Accounting

Perform validation of capital improvements/acquisitions; research of various contracts to gather supporting data; coordinate with real property custodian; perform validation of asset value by reviewing schedule of values.

Internal Control

Perform internal control activities ensuring compliance with laws/regulations; analyze & evaluate monthly activities for accuracy & compliance with GAAP and program requirements; evaluate, review & implement conference reporting determinations & policy decisions; participate in special studies/assignments to support mission & management objective.

SAP Support

Maintain KSC configuration within SAP software for Finance Office groups; invoice document routing & approval; provide technical interface & support for the development & maintenance of SAP financial reports, job aids, development of alternatives & options, on-going training of end-users and super users, for travel training and project tasks, testing & recording of results for SAP Software patches; provide operational support for the month-end; FY year-end close processes and FY start-up; perform analysis on all de-obligation/reversal requests; provide application functional and technical

Financial Management Support Services

Examine, verify and approve travel authorization and complete necessary actions for discrepancies found; gather financial data; file, maintain & prepare travel documents for storage.

Cost Analysis Support

Perform cost analysis functions for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and serve as a core member of the Independent Review Team; conduct evaluation of Program, Planning & Analysis and provide feedback; develop cost databases and parametric relationships, operate cost estimating software; evaluate life cycle estimates; evaluate/monitor cost estimates and associated budget plans; generate cost analyses, perform cost benefit and economic evaluations; apply various tools, models and methodologies including Earned Value Management.
